A child's first chapter book series by author Nancee Ruzicka About the author: Nancee Ruzicka is an engineer, consultant, writer, Mom and MiMaw. She grew up in Wisconsin –Go Pack – lived in Colorado for many years and most recently landed in Missouri near her grandchildren. Booger Patrol adventures are first chapter books for kids ages 7-10 or so, that are dealing with life on their own for the first time. Having friends helps and being part of a group is important but the group matters. I hope children can learn to do the right thing with empathy and a willingness to understand that things aren’t always what they seem. Too often we react to a situation and plow ahead without thinking what others are dealing with. I hope this book, this series and these kids embody the notion of: First. Be Kind. His father taught art and his mother linguistics. At the age of 15 he moved to the Minneapolis, Minnesota where finished high school. At the age of 19, Mr. Dominguez moved back to Venezuela to study visual arts and graduated from university in 2016. He teaches visual arts, drawing and color at ULA (Universidad de Los Andes Venezuela). In addition to teaching art in-person and online, he creates contemporary art and is a freelance illustrator.
